Local Advisors Host Successful Derby Property Seminar
Greenhalgh & Co, in conjunction with Pegasus Properties, Nelsons Solicitors and Lloyds TSB hosted a seminar for property investors at Pride Park Stadium on 5 March 2008.
Presentations on identifying the different types of funding available, the legal pitfalls and the tax implications of property investment were made by the speakers, who included Roy Salmons from Pegasus, Sharan Kainth and Mark Chandler from Lloyds TSB, Mark Vinecombe from Nelsons and Mike Henshaw from Greenhalgh & Co.

This was the second time that Greenhalgh & Co, Pegasus Properties and Lloyds TSB had combined to host such a presentation, the first one of which took place in Leicester in November of last year. A similar presentation for property developers will take place at Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club on Thursday 3 April 2008, where Actons solicitors will be covering the legal angle.
