Greenhalgh & Co Chartered Accountants, in conjunction with Allied Irish Bank, Berryman and Greenhalgh Financial Services Ltd, hosted a breakfast seminar on the topic of Property Development and Investment.
This seminar was aimed at those who are:
• contemplating their first move into property development or investment and are unsure how to proceed
• considering additional develoment or investments but need advice on how to better maximise the opportunities from future transactions
• concerned that recent changes to pension legislation may affect existing property investments.
Our four keynote speakers covered the banking, legal, pension and taxation aspects of property development and investment, explaining in simple terms the complex issues that need to be overcome to ensure a successful, tax efficient transaction.
